The North Pole has no set time!

While most places on Earth set their time by longitude, so that the time of day is somewhat synchronized to the position of the sun in the sky, it's not the case with the North Pole. The sun rises and sets only once per year there, and all time zones also converge there.

Because there's no permanent human presence there, no time zone has been assigned to it. Polar expeditions use whatever time zone is convenient for them, such as GMT, or whatever the time is from where they started their expedition. This means that in the North Pole, the time is whatever you say it is!
