Dancing can improve your relationship.

In the middle of a heated row with your significant other? Don’t raise your voice, raise your heels! According to ballroom instructors –like Tony Dovolani from Dancing with the Stars- they’ve seen relationships rejuvenated through dance, especially ballroom dance. Dovolani says that “discovering new steps together teaches a couple to interact with each other.” According to him, this enhances their team work and communication skills.

Additionally, research also proves that dancing also reduces stress and tension for the mind and body. Studies by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute have shown that dancing also prevents heart disease in particular.
