It's a long running trend that kids today are much more exposed to technology than at any time before. You, for example, might still remember the first computer your family got as an eventful occasion, but your little brother was born with a computer in the house and it's as normal as having a toaster.

Research has shown that the average "digital birth" in western cultures is at 6-months-old. That means that the average baby has some sort of online presence (like baby photos on Facebook, for example) before their first words!

Today, 69 per cent of children aged two to five can use a computer mouse but only 11 per cent can tie their own shoelaces; and more young people know how to play a computer game (58 per cent) than swim (20 per cent) or ride a bike (52 per cent).

There's a lot more interesting facts here. Check them out!
