A Canadian car company makes a cheap electric car. It can't be sold in Canada!
A company in Quebec designs and builds it's own electric cars. However, it doesn't sell them in Quebec. In fact, when the company first started, they could only sell the cars in the United States. They later got permission to sell the cars in British Columbia. And the rest of the provinces would have to decide for themselves whether or not they would sell it.
The cars in question are ZENN cars. It stands for Zero Emission No Noise. The cars are electric and can be plugged "wherever you can plug in your cell phone." Aside from reducing pollution, the cars also reduce noise pollution. As the CEO noted, you can drive down the street and hear birds singing.
