Jaws is a movie in which a giant man-eating great white shark attacks beachgoers on Amity Island (fictional town). A team of local policemen, a marine biologist and a professional shark hunter along many others unite and try to hunt down the shark.
There is a lot of blood and a lot of deaths throughout the whole movie, including the captain’s death. Which happens to be very curious, since his name “Quint” comes from the Latin word for “fifth” and Quint turns out to be the fifth person killed by the shark!
There are many interesting facts about the whole making of the movie, include Steven Spielberg nearly getting killed in seafaring accidents thought out the troubled production.Making a good movie surely costs, but becoming a legend, is a whole different deal.
