Levi's made Bing Crosby a denim tuxedo after he was turned away from a hotel for wearing jeans!

Today wearing denim is completely normal and no one would be looked down on for it. However, only sixty years ago this wasn’t the case. Bing Crosby loved wearing jeans and jean jackets, and when he went hunting in Vancouver, Canada, he wore his comfortable jean outfit.
When he approached a hotel to check in the clerk declared that he would not be allowed to stay in the hotel because of how he was dressed. At the time it was not appropriate to wear almost anything other than a suit out of the house. When the denim company Levi’s found out, they tailored an entirely denim tuxedo for Bing Crosby, which became one of his most famous outfits!
