Some people claim that roller coaster rides make them feel nauseous - which is the case for a former coal miner, Emilio Franco.
In 1937, Emilio Franco lost his ability to speak - and doctors were unsure why. For six years, Emilio was unable to say a word to anyone, which created a massive communication barrier with him and those around him.
One day, in 1943, Emilio went to Coney Island rode on the famous Cyclone with his cousin. When Emilio got off the ride, he said the words 'I feel sick'. An unexplained, miraculous recovery, all because he was a little motion sick.
