In “… Baby One More Time’s” music video, none of Britney’s clothes cost more than $17
Britney Spears is known for her over the top performances, and extremely expensive live concerts that she performs. However, she didn’t always put on the latest designer outfits. In fact, in one of her music videos she was wearing an outfit that was bought from Kmart! During her ‘Hit me Baby’ music video, Britney came up with the idea of her school girl look.
Originally, the director, Nigel Dick, said she was just going to wear jeans and t-shirts for that music video. Britney suggested she should wear a schoolgirl outfit. Not a single article of clothing she wore cost more than $17!
